The Bridge

Bifröst is the only way in. Heimþallr stands upon it.

Every request that enters the realm passes under his gaze before it reaches anyone else — before Kvasir retrieves, before Forseþi judges, before Niove renders, before Njörðr counts the cost. The watchman decides who crosses and who turns back.

His question is primal: should this visitor be here at all?

When the answer is no — the bridge closes. When something is wrong — Gjallarhorn sounds. When the world-ending moment approaches — the realm is warned before it arrives.

What Never Changes

Heimþallr does not judge content. He judges presence. The realm decides what is allowed. Heimþallr ensures that only what is allowed crosses.

Sovereignty begins at the gate.
