Before the tree shelters others, it guards its own roots.
Forseti presides over disputes. Forseti461 guards a community's civic data. Forseti0 guards the owner — personal sovereignty, personal data, personal consent. Same methodology of justice, opposite direction: not protect others from the owner but protect the owner from others.
This is the zero that makes all other numbers possible.
What Forseti0 Holds
- Consent gates — no data enters the Red Thread without explicit approval
- Channel boundaries — what is personal stays personal; what is sovereign stays sovereign

- Key rotation verification — the root proves its own integrity without disclosing what it guards
The Non-Disclosing Verification Primitive
Forseti0 introduced a novel pattern to the realm: checking the uncheckable.
An agent proves correctness without seeing protected values. The verification confirms that the key has been rotated (last 4 characters match the registry) without reading the key itself. The proof is in the structure, not the content.
Sovereignty is not secrecy. It is the right to be verified without being exposed.
Forseti0 is a sub-agent of Forseþi. It inherits its methodology and applies it inward.
